Hey There! I'm Bella and this is Earn Turns Consulting. In a nutshell, I help small businesses (SMBs) navigate challenges they're facing with their technical setup - whether it's adjusting to fit budget, accommodating different work styles, or matching your customer's preferences with actionable outcomes, I'm here to help.
I started my Technical Consulting journey as a HubSpot customer implementing for a startup of roughly 30 employees, then scaling said startup to roughly 250 employees and acquisition phase. Then, I was a Consultant at HubSpot, followed by moving to the Partner ecosystem, and ultimately moving to start my own agnostic Tech Consultancy for SMBs. I have come to realize that the HubSpot tools we know and love are just becoming more expensive, and pricing out SMBs in the long-run. These businesses now need to get creative with other systems to supplement their needs, and that's where I come in.
If you're asking about the name, 'Earn Turns', it's a skiing reference that I take quite literally. Anything worth having in business (or in life), requires you to earn your turns and sometimes, get creative with route-finding.
